Some of the Highlights of this tour

  • Luxury Coach travel.
  • 7 nights in the finest Hotels.
  • Visit the Guinness Storehouse and Bushmills Distillery
  • Visit Ireland’s most iconic pubs.
  • Travel in the company of some of Ireland’s finest musicians.

Day1 – Saturday

Pick up at Dublin Airport. Travel by luxury coach to Belfast. The crawl starts here!!!! We’ll pay a visit to The Crown Bar, The Beaten Docket and Fibber Magees, just to get us in the mood.

Day2 – Sunday

Today we’ll take a road trip to visit the infamous Bushmills Distillery. We’ll take a guided tour of the distillery and see the whiskey making process, and of course have a little taste. A quick stop of at The Giants Causeway (no beer here), and back to Belfast before the hangover kicks in. Tonight we have the pleasure of visiting Belfast’s oldest pub, Kelly’s Cellars, and The Duke of York for a few tunes. The hangover will be well gone by now.

Day3 – Monday

After breakfast we’ll pay a quick visit to the award winning Titanic Centre before getting on the road to Galway. A stroll around Galway City tonight sees us pay a visit to Tig Coili’s and Taffes where the tunes, and pints, will be flowing.

Day4 – Tuesday

Before the pubs open and we get distracted, we’ll visit our old friend, Alec Finn (of De Dannan), who owns and lives in Oranmore Castle. You’ll have a tour of this lived-in iconic landmark and we’ll play a few tunes in the great hall. It’s back to town for a stroll, or wobble, around the iconic cobbled streets and many watering houses Galway has to offer.

Day5 – Wednesday

We’ll definitely need to get our heads cleared this morning so to bring us round, we’ll go the the Cliffs of Moher for a blast of fresh air. The fresh air will set us up for the trip to Dublin today. We’ll take it easy tonight (hic) and pay a visit to O’Donoghue’s, birthplace of the legendary Dubliners. You never know who you’ll meet in this place, so it could be a late one.

Day6 – Thursday

Today is Guinness Day, (actually everyday is Guinness Day), with a visit to the Guinness Storehouse. Learn the history of this famous tipple and see how it’s made. Get to pour your own pint (and drink it of course) and visit The Gravity Bar on the 7th floor with 360 degrees views of Dublin City. Temple Bar is the place of choice tonight with it’s numerous pubs and restaurants, all with nightly entertainment.

Day7 – Friday

Today we’ll take the 1916 Rebellion tour of O’Connell Street and the significant sites involved in the 1916 Easter Rising. (of course we’ll find a pub for the cure). The Jameson Distillery is next on the list. (You can’t visit Dublin on a pub crawl and not go there). If you’re still standing after this then there’s definately Irish blood in you so we’ll take in some traditional music in the Cobblestone Bar in Smithfield, and finish our night off back in Temple Bar.

Day8 – Saturday

Unfortunately all good things must come to an end, (your livers are delighted), and today we leave for Dublin Airport and your forward journey.
